Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Eshu Relay account and the data associated with it at any time.

How to request account deletion

  1. 1Sign in to your Eshu Relay account.
  2. 2Open the Settings page from your dashboard.
  3. 3Under Account Actions, select Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompt.

What happens after you submit a request

We will permanently delete your account profile, connected-account credentials, and stored content associated with your account, except where we must retain limited information for legal, fraud-prevention, or financial-record purposes.

Can't sign in? Email hello@eshurelay.cloud from the email address registered on your account and include the subject line “Account deletion request.”
